Over the years, I have had a lot of different experiences when dealing with "my" residents. Dealing with elderly residents can be very frustrating, and the days can seem never-ending, but there are a lot of really touching things that happen. Anyone who has ever worked with the elderly knows what I mean.

I would like to share some of those experiences with you here. As you read the stories, be aware that, although the incidents really did happen, I will be protecting the identities of the residents involved. Privacy is a right of ALL people, and I will maintain theirs.
